Many of our products are customized or made specifically for each customer. Due to the intimate nature of these products, certain return restrictions apply for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance purposes.

Cancellations and Order Changes

24 Hour Cancellation Guarantee

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel your purchase for any reason within 24 hours of placing your order and receive a full refund, provided the order has not already shipped.

There are no cancellation fees, restocking fees, or penalties for eligible orders canceled within this 24-hour period.

To request a cancellation, please email Ashley@sexyrealsexdolls.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your full name and order number.

The cancellation window is determined by the time your request is received, not the time our customer service team responds.

Cancellations After 24 Hours

Once the initial 24-hour cancellation period has expired, orders may have entered processing, customization, production, or shipping.

Approved customer requested cancellations submitted more than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a 20% cancellation and restocking fee.

The fee is calculated based on the purchase price of the canceled products, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

This fee helps offset administrative costs, order processing, production preparation, and inventory commitments associated with the order.

If a cancellation is approved, the remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

The amount deducted for the 20% cancellation and restocking fee can be applied toward a future order with SRSD. To use this amount, email info@sexyrealsexdolls.com before placing your new order and provide your canceled order number. Our customer service team will verify the fee paid and provide instructions for applying that amount to your new purchase.

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours are subject to review and approval. Orders that have entered customization or production may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and are subject to the applicable return conditions outlined below.

Exceptions

The 20% cancellation and restocking fee will not apply when:

• SRSD is unable to fulfill the order.

• An ordered product becomes unavailable and the customer declines an alternative.

• Cancellation is necessary due to an error made by SRSD.

• A full refund is required under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom and Made to Order Products

Many SRSD products are manufactured or customized according to individual customer specifications.

Customized and made-to-order products are generally considered final sale once the 24-hour cancellation period has expired and production has begun, except where a remedy is required under applicable law.

Customization may include:

• Skin tone and body specifications

• Hair and eye color

• Makeup and facial features

• Body measurements and proportions

• Special features and personalized configurations

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected specifications before completing their purchase.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Changes requested after production has begun may not be possible and may involve additional charges if approved.

Returns and Hygiene

Due to the intimate nature of our products, SRSD maintains strict hygiene and safety standards.

Products that have been opened, used, tested, altered, or removed from their original protective packaging are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Eligible non custom products may be considered for return when all the following conditions are met:

• The return request is submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• SRSD approves the return before the item is shipped back.

• The returned product passes inspection upon receipt.

Customers are responsible for approved return shipping expenses unless the return is due to an SRSD error, a qualifying defect, or another circumstance requiring SRSD to cover those costs under applicable law.

The 20% cancellation and restocking fee applies to approved customer requested order cancellations after 24 hours, not automatically to standard returns of eligible products.

Original shipping charges and optional shipping protection fees are generally nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Please do not return merchandise without prior authorization from our customer service team.

These conditions apply to discretionary returns and do not eliminate applicable legal rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Out of Stock or Unavailable Items

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, certain products or customization options may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this occurs, SRSD will contact the customer with available options, which may include:

• Selecting a comparable replacement product

• Waiting for the original item to become available

• Canceling the unavailable item for a full refund

If SRSD is unable to fulfill the ordered item, no cancellation or restocking fees will apply. If only part of an order is unavailable, the remaining available items may still be processed and shipped unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously.

Customers should inspect their orders promptly upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, preferably within 72 hours of delivery. Prompt reporting helps us investigate the issue and coordinate with manufacturers and shipping carriers.

To submit a claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the issue

• Clear photographs or videos showing the problem

• Photographs of the shipping box and original packaging, when relevant

• Photographs of the shipping label

• An unedited unboxing video, if available

Retain the product and its original packaging while your claim is being reviewed. Where reasonably possible, avoid using, altering, repairing, cleaning, or discarding the product before receiving instructions from our customer service team.

SRSD will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair, replacement merchandise, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

The 72 hour reporting request does not eliminate any statutory rights or remedies that may apply after that period.

Shipping Damage

If the exterior shipping package appears damaged upon delivery, please photograph the packaging before opening it.

When possible, we recommend recording the unboxing process to document the condition of the product upon arrival. This documentation can help our team investigate shipping related issues and submit claims to the appropriate carrier.

Claims may require additional information or documentation before a resolution can be determined.

SRSD may decline discretionary damage claims when available evidence establishes that damage resulted from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or improper handling after delivery.

However, the absence of an unboxing video alone does not automatically invalidate an otherwise legitimate claim.

Delivery Refusal and Undeliverable Packages

Refusing delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund.

Orders returned because of delivery refusal, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect a package may result in additional expenses.

Depending on the circumstances, these expenses may include:

• Original shipping expenses

• Return shipping expenses

• Carrier imposed fees

• Customs duties or import charges

Where permitted by applicable law and disclosed before purchase, actual, reasonable, nonrecoverable expenses associated with customer caused delivery issues may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund.

Refused or undeliverable packages remain subject to the applicable return eligibility restrictions outlined in this policy.

The 20% cancellation and restocking fee is not automatically imposed solely because a package is refused or undeliverable.

Customized, made to order, opened, or used products remain subject to the return eligibility restrictions outlined in this policy, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If delivery is unsuccessful because of an SRSD error, customers will not be responsible for additional shipping expenses caused by that error.

Product Care and Warranty Exclusions

Proper product care is essential for maintaining the condition and longevity of your purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following the care, cleaning, storage, handling, and weight support instructions supplied with their products.

Damage caused by the following circumstances is generally not considered a manufacturing defect:

• Improper cleaning or storage

• Misuse or excessive force

• Unauthorized alterations or repairs

• Accidental damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Failure to follow supplied care instructions

Such damage is generally not eligible for complimentary replacement or refund unless otherwise covered by an applicable warranty or required by law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund approval for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

For eligible orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued without cancellation or restocking fees, provided the order has not shipped.

For approved customer-requested cancellations submitted after 24 hours, a 20% cancellation and restocking fee will be deducted from the product purchase price, where permitted by applicable law.

The amount deducted for the 20% cancellation and restocking fee can be applied toward a future order with SRSD. To use this amount, email info@sexyrealsexdolls.com before placing your new order and provide your canceled order number. Our customer service team will verify the fee paid and provide instructions for applying that amount to your new purchase.

Refunds for eligible customer initiated returns generally exclude nonrefundable original shipping expenses, return shipping expenses, customs charges, and optional shipping protection fees, where permitted by applicable law.

If a refund results from an SRSD error, a verified manufacturing defect, an incorrect item, or another circumstance requiring reimbursement under applicable law, appropriate shipping expenses will also be refunded or covered.

Cancellation and restocking fees will not be applied to refunds required because of an SRSD error or where prohibited by applicable law.

Free Shipping and Refund Deductions

Free shipping is a promotional benefit provided at the time of purchase.

Although customers may not be charged for standard shipping at checkout, SRSD still incurs expenses to ship orders.

If an order has already shipped and is subsequently returned, refused, or deemed undeliverable for reasons attributable to the customer, actual original shipping expenses paid by SRSD may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund, where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.

Return shipping expenses and applicable carrier charges may also be deducted when appropriate.

Orders canceled within the 24-hour cancellation window, before shipment, receive a full refund without shipping deductions or cancellation fees.

Approved customer requested cancellations made after the initial 24-hour period are subject to the 20% cancellation and restocking fee described in Section 1.

If SRSD confirms that a customer received an incorrect product, an item with qualifying shipping damage, or a verified manufacturing defect, applicable shipping expenses will be handled by SRSD as required by law.
