Incorrect Package
If the doll you receive looks significantly different from the factory photos or the product images shown on our website, please provide an unboxing video that clearly shows:
Once received, we will verify the issue with the factory and shipping carrier and arrange a replacement if an error is confirmed.
Damaged Doll
If your package arrives with severe damage, you should file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately upon receipt. Please document the damage with photos or videos.

Missing Package
If the tracking number shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact UPS or FedEx immediately to file a claim. For added security, most of our shipments include Adult Signature Required service (exceptions may apply).
